Giving our young global citizens 'Voice', and really listening to what they are saying, is the way to empowerment, growth, and leadership.

The Co-Creation Community's focus on Youth Catalysts, and especially on 'marginalized' youth--those not on the mainstream path--is probably the most important work that we do. By partnering with organizations serving these youth, The Co-Creation Community and our partners, can provide additional opportunities to learn skills for 'Self-building', 'Business-building', 'Success-Building'.

The CCC Champions each have passion to "build youth for the future" and years of experience, as well as established and proven programs to mentor and support.

We envision the Youth Catalysts growing into Catalysts, who transition to Champions, becoming leaders with viable contributions and businesses of their own, and who become supporters and mentors to the next generation of Youth Catalysts.
